Unlock the 30 Meter Depth Level and Global Exploration

The most immediate benefit of the Advanced Open Water Diver course is that it certifies you to dive up to 30 meters (100 feet) deep, breaking the 18-meter limitation of your initial certification.
This new ability not only opens the doors to thousands of fascinating dive sites around the world (including deeper wrecks and rock formations), but also trains you specifically in the planning and safety procedures required for these dives.
By expanding your range of exploration, you ensure you won’t miss the best spots the underwater world has to offer.

Goodbye Exams: It’s 100% Practical and Confidence-Focused

Unlike your Open Water Diver course, which had heavy theory and a final exam, the Advanced Open Water program is based on the philosophy of “learning by doing.”
This course has no exam, but instead a series of adventure dives where the focus is on the practical application of theory to increase your confidence and independence underwater.
You’ll work directly with your instructor in real environments to polish key skills like buoyancy management and air consumption, ensuring you finish the course as a more efficient and confident diver.

Choose Your Own Learning Path with 3 Sample Specialties

The course is designed for you to personalize according to your interests, acting as a “tasting menu” of diving specialties.
Although Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation are mandatory, you have the exciting freedom to choose the other three Adventure Dives.
Want to capture amazing photos? Choose Underwater Photography.
Attracted by the mysteries of the night? Try Night Diving.
This unique flexibility lets you experience the most exciting areas of diving without the commitment of a full specialty course, helping you define your future path of exploration.
