It’s located in a complex with 5 other apartmentns called Brisa y Mar, in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. La Posada beach is a 10 minute walk away. One block away there is a bikeway that leads to the malecon, 3 km away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby.
